The Trade Financial Analyst will be responsible for controls and trade management for Danone Waters of America (DWA).

Main responsibilities & tasks:

·  Trade reporting: pull and create tactics detail report and accrual report
·   Prepare analysis to support monthly close process to support accurate rates to include:
·  monitoring of deduction management.
·   Large store business: open deductions and writeoffs
·   Away From Home (AFH) business: invoicing process
·   Major distributor aging reporting - implement HRC with sales team to facilitate deal clearance
·   Support on premise team in invoice clearance and payment process

 

This role will work closely with the deduction team in Murray, Utah on the high radius software system.

 Internal controls:

·  On premise deal central repository
·   Quarterly deal approval process

 

  Promo Analysis and Annual budgeting/set up:

·  Support deal setup in CAS system - facilitate where needed
·  Ensure deal integrity and closely monitor activity throughout year
·  Support scrubbing process throughout year for Away From Home (AFH) team
·  Support the loading of volume in CAS system to provide visibility to customer teams

 Systems management

·   CAS Lead
·   High Radius Lead
·  Microstrategy proficiency

 

Qualifications:

·  2-4 years of experience that includes internship or training program within finance or sales
·  Bachelor's degree completed in Finance, Economics, Business
·  High attention to detail
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams both written and verbally
·  Ability to work overtime as needed based on financial timelines of the business or peak seasons
·  Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and challenges of a growing business
·  Advanced Excel skills, with strong interest and curiosity in learning new systems
