About the Job

You will have a key role in the finance department, enabling Nutricia Worldwide to grow in a sustainable way by being a partner to the team and the business. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be closely working together with the business teams (Codi, Commercial, Cross functional regional teams). You will drive the continuous improvement, optimization and standardization of processes of our Controlling team.

As a business partner, you will be working closely with the Financial Director and leading key topics within the CBU:

· Regional responsibility Balkans & CIS regions driving topline performance through analysis and recommendations

- Results assessment and animation

- Brand / Category / Customer/ strategy and P&L impacts

- Innovation / Renovation business case (IRO)

- Contribute to contract pricing review/approval and in pricing/margin impact analysis

- Drive structurally the profitability of the business

- Investment controlling & ROI (Trade/A&P/SF)

· Execute actual results and rolling forecasting process of Topline including short to long term (Monthly closing, GPS, Rolling forecast, and Strategic plan), that summarizes and forecasts company business activity and financial position leading: Product groups and Brands, Channels, Reimbursed & Net Sales Variance

· Finance lead on Tender business cases reviews & approval pricing & margin strategy

· Drive regular meetings with internal key stakeholders to challenge/bring solutions to optimize financial perspective

· Navigate X functional teams in a wide variety of projects with a clear financial perspective.

· Ensure compliance with accounting and internal control rules

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have both local market and regional/global experience of min. 3-4 years in a similar commercial controlling position, experience working with distributor model and managing multiple countries is a nice to have.

Experience with Finance ERP systems and Power BI. You have a strong drive for results, solid experience in partnering all ranks stakeholders in a complex matrix organization, strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into understandable business insights.

You take responsibility and can solve complex problems with smart & pragmatic solutions. You are able to switch between the big picture and hands-on approach, you have a strong understanding of business needs however at the same time you will be resilient, determined and know how to challenge constructively. You are an independent thinker, and you act every day to develop financial credibility and accuracy.

You demonstrate a healthy ambition, passion for our business and mobilize towards common goals and collective performance.

You manage deadlines well and you can handle adapting to ad-hoc requests daily. You have a hands-on practical approach and can influence, challenge stakeholders to deliver the project.
