Supply Planning, Senior Specialist

About the job

·  Manage supply planning process (production and material) for long/mid/ short-term horizon
·  Achieve target customer service levels and finished goods losses by optimizing inventory level
·  Ensure consistency and development in planning methodology and tools

·           Define stock policy for finished goods, raw materials and packages, weighing service and cost/cash targets

·           Run tactical planning for factory/supplier

·           Minimize Out of Stock, FG and Material losses, monitor and optimize to set supply schedule by communicating with Demand, Distribution, C&P, Marketing and Sales

·           Anticipate supply risk to propose solution via S&OP process

·           Break down demand plans within the supply network, considering stock levels and inventory policies, to achieve a feasible mid-term production plan

·           Assure all materials are available according to short time and long-term demand forecast

·           When production troubles occur, collaborate with the factory and sales to take overall lead to stabilize operations.

·           React to delays/changes on production side to adjust weekly plan

·           SPOC of Supply Chain for projects, gathering Risk and Opportunity and input to the project team

·           Manage and create all material forecast to supplier

·           Support development and/or upgrade planning tool to meet business needs

·           Leading planning process improvement by working with cross functional team to meet business needs, compliance and required efficiency

·           Work with team members to collect, analyze, prepare, and tabulate operational data and present results and trends

·           Ensure standardization of supply planning processes, policies, and documented procedures

·           Propose the improvement of supply planning process and execute the approved plan

About you

Education background

·           University Graduate

Technical Skills and Experiences required

·           Over 3 years of Supply Planning of Production and/or Material Planning

·           PSI (Production / Purchase. Sales and Inventory) Management Experience and Knowledge

·           Experience of FMCG(Prefer)

·           Advanced Level of Excel skill and basic Power point skill

·           SAP (ERP) Process Knowledge (Prefer)

·           Data Analysis Skills and Experience
