About the job

The Customer Service Excellence Supervisor supports day‑to‑day service operations with distributor. This role ensures strong customer communication, accurate order fulfilment, timely issue resolution, and service performance improvement—executing the customer collaboration and service roadmap aligned with Operation strategies.

 

Key responsibilities: 

· 
Ensure assigned distributors/customers receive outstanding service while supporting sales goals and aligning with operational strategies.

· 
Oversee day-to-day Primary Sales (PS) delivery operations to distributor.

· 
Manage budgets and prepare control reports for distributors under local sales coverage, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Head of Customer Service.
About you

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret and apply data effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Solid understanding of IT and ERP systems.
- Demonstrates a positive, resilient, and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, fostering productive working relationships across functions.
