The summer internships dates are expected to be May 2017 through July/August 2017.

 

Previous interns worked on projects, such as: implementation of new Supply Chain systems, Raws & Pack (at Suppliers/Danone Plants) to Finished Goods Planning (covering Internal & external manufacturing facilities/distribution centers), and software/hardware modification. 

 

In this role, the Supply Chain Intern will be accountable for:

·  Identifying gaps and recommending improvements for our current processes
·  Working closely with team members and a mentor
·  Evaluating the impact and show results
·  Attending intern trainings and events
·  Delivering final project(s) of highest quality that can have a positive impact on the business
·  Presenting to leadership team at the end of the internship program
·  Network/partnering with peers, managers, buddies, HR and colleagues in other functions

 

The ideal candidate will be/possess:

·  Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a major in Supply Chain
·  Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
·  Experience using Microsoft Project, or strong desire to learn how to use it
·  The ability to communicate with and be able to understand all the functions of the project team
·  Demonstrated ability to lead projects
