Supply Chain Administrator

Job description

The Supply Chain Administrator will work with the planning team and business areas to provide support to develop, monitor and achieve set business targets. This is a 12 month FTC role.

 

Product Deployment

·  Raising of Logistics purchasing orders and the processing of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notification).
·  Raising of Canteen purchasing orders and the processing of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notification).
·  Weekly tracking of shipments and container traffic allocations.
·  Handling/recording and incident creation of complaints from Danone supply points.
·  Maintenance of inbound tracker files
·  Handling/recording and complaint creation of complaints to Danone Suppliers
·  Creation/ maintenance of SOP’s and SLAs as required to support business requirements.
·  Support Logistics/Material Planners/ wider Supply Chain team as required.

 

Systems and KPIs

·  End User of local module of SAP to support requirements
·  Reporting of daily local inventory levels
·  Maintenance of various stock & shipment reports on daily/weekly basis.
·  Provide team support/cover, as necessary.

 

Internal Controls

Responsible for Danone Internal Controls as assigned to you by the Internal Controller

·  Experience of working in a manufacturing environment, food industry an advantage
·  Strong organisation skills and experience in data entry and analysis beneficial
·  Ability to build accurate, concise reports for team use, with excellent attention to detail
·  Experienced user of Excel with proficiency in the use of MS Office tools
·  Proficient numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse data
