Senior R2R-FC Manager

Job description
The newly created role of Senior R2R-FC Manager is responsible for establishing and continuously managing their regional scope of services, ensuring alignment with global service level agreements and quality standards. This role involves ensuring the proper execution of group financial policies within their scope. Additionally, the manager drives innovation and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and optimize costs for the activities within their purview.
Stream activities
· Accountable for the successful deliver services to the region
· Accountable for delivery performance in line with the service framework and customer satisfaction metrics as defined in the DBS value framework
· Own the GL and Reporting application of common standards for DBS services and sponsors initiatives to implement best practice
· Monitor compliance and process performance, working with Risk, Compliance, internal control, and internal and external audit
· Assist to drive GL and Reporting region/global process standardization, harmonization, automation, process excellence and continuous improvement across the region for his/her end-to-end scope of activities
Local Management
· Execute plan for and implement DBS processes, deploy technology, operating principles, services, culture and organization design for the region
· Execute class operating standards
Interactions with stakeholders
· Report performance and escalate local / region /global issues to local or BU R2R (FC) Lead
· Identify and gain GL and Reporting approval for enhancements and process improvements, for implementation within IBS. Provide prioritization requests
· Point of contact for local / region BU regarding stream service level and activities
· Responsible for working with local or BU R2R (FC), PTP, ITC, BU Finance and BU Other to deliver customer satisfaction in line with operational efficiency
· Education: Bachelor Degree with professional accounting qualification
· Experience (in years): 8+, min.3 years experience in people/team management
· Proficiency in SAP , Microsoft Office, especially at Excel, Word & PowerPoint etc.
· Detail oriented and strong analytical skills
· Self-motivated, passion, high integrity and able to work under pressure
· Be efficient and pleasant in working through others, good team management skill
· Results-oriented and desiring for personal growth and achievement
· Fast learner and committed to excellence
