Job description
Design Skills Platforms Strategy & Roadmap as part of Dan’Skills
· Translate the Skills-Based Organization/Dan’Skills ambition into digitalization vision, and strategy to leverage and maximize the digital ecosystem, existing and/or future.
· Formulate User Cases and User Journeys with Skills at the center to clarify and demonstrate the technology interventions.
· Construct business cases of each use case linking to overall Dan’Skills ambition to facilitate prioritization and roadmap planning.
· Design the Skills Technology architecture counting in factors like data, process & user experience to ensure consistency, efficiency and adoption.
· Bring in right innovative ideas/solutions to ensure the future-proof skills platform solutions and decisions.
· Animate & lead the discussions of implementation planning with various stakeholders during the process (e.g. business process owners, skill architecture expert, IT HR, global and local HR user teams, vendors and partners)
Lead the Implementation of Skills Platforms
· Lead with a team the different implementation initiatives to enable Skills in our technology ecosystem, i.e.:
· Skills master & assessment in core HRIS (SuccessFactor)
· Skills infused into the Learning ecosystem
· Skills infused into the Talent and Workforce management process (e.g. Talent Mkt Place, Skill-based recruitment, Skills-based workforce planning & deployment)
· Monitor & guide the skills journey with smooth data/process/experience through the different steps across different platforms.
· Lead the adoption & change management process of the Skills Platform, e.g. communication, trainings, user onboarding, etc.
· Liaise and manage the collaboration of our key system partners to make sure we are leveraging the technology to the max to meet our needs.
Danone Learning Platforms Transformed with Dan’Skills
· Lead the Digital Learning Team (with dedicated Manager and his/her team members) in defining the Learning Ecosystem architecture & content mgmt. guidelines on the platform with the focus on User Experience (Danoner, Team Leader & HR teams).
· Supervise the implementation / execution of the Digital Learning Platform transformation by providing right guidance/support/consultations
Technology Partner in Dan’Skills Transformation
· Play the role of “interpreter” between HR Business Process Owners and IT HR team to be able to articulate the HR needs into appropriate technology requirements as well as guide the HR Business Process Owners in understanding technology stakes, so to align on the right solutions.
· When needed, participate and play a technology expert role in identifying and selecting the right technology tool for the relevant use case.
Basic Qualifications/competencies:
· Fluency in English
· Proven record of leading group level HR digitalization transformation project, esp. in talent development and/or learning.
· Strong understanding & experience in HR digital ecosystem & architecture.
· Strong experience of translating HR ambition/vision into technology blueprint.
· Solid experience in working with IT team as well as technology vendors.
· Strong communication, storytelling & presentation skills.
· Ability to engage & influence senior leaders with expertise, passion and solution-seeking mindset.
Desired Qualifications
· Prior experience of working with SF Successfactor modules, e.g. job profile builder, talent intelligence hub, opportunity marketplace as a plus
· Bachelor/Master's degree in any digital degree or human resources.
· Agility, entrepreneurship, curiosity, proactivity, positive attitude – this is what this job will call for.
· Ability to formulate vision with no or limited precedents.
· Passionate about finding the right balance between business needs & user experiences
