Missions & Responsibilities
Contribute to SBS Strategy & collaboration with business partners for the AMN division
· Lead together with the sensory manager the design, implementation and debriefing of sensory studies to provide the business with needed insights.
· Build a strong relationship with R&D, Strategy & Insights and Marketing partners to anticipate and create relevant SBS roadmap that meets the business ambition and needs.
· Contribute together with the sensory manager to getting knowledge of the competitive environment of the AMN portfolio\
Manage sensory multi-studies to support the business
· Contribute and decide on the methodology to use in the sensory studies in accordance to the business relevance
· Work in collaboration with the behavior experts to build relevant behavior studies
· Participate in the selection of relevant external agencies to help with delivering the SBS roadmap
· Translate sensory and behavior outcomes into tangible PD actions
· Ensure efficient studies management from brief development, data collection, statistical analysis, report and action plan for implementation
Methodology and competencies
· Contribute to adapting SBS methodologies adapted to patients
· Contribute to creating, adapting and maintaining competencies in the AMN SBS team.
Increase credibility of Sensory and Behavior Science department inside and outside AMN
· Leverage science within Danone and build external collaborations with universities and experts in order to develop patients access.
· Contribute to creating, maintaining and developing sensory & consumer skills within the team.
· Participate actively to scientific communication (paper, congresses, etc)
Profile
· Food scientist preferably (Food engineer degree or master degree in sensory science).
· More than 3-years’ experience in Sensory sciences.
· You work and communicate in English.
· International experience would be a bonus.
