Job description
The Senior/Associate Manager, Omni-Syndication (Digital Shelf) will report into the Manager, Omni Customer Enablement & Syndication and be responsible for helping to build best in class syndication & content compliance processes for our brands at various online retailers. This includes owning content readiness, quality, and execution across innovation and renovation products, as well as executing timely syndication of digital shelf content to key customer websites. This role requires strong working experience in Salsify and Syndigo as well as agility to successfully deliver on various projects within the Digital Shelf team.

Responsibilities:
Content Management, Syndication & Compliance
· Prioritize and execute timely syndication of digital shelf content to key customer websites, including basic digital shelf content (SEO, marketing tiles) and rich digital shelf content (enhanced content, videos)
· Hands on keyboard expertise for Strategic, Technical, and Tactical Digital Shelf needs
· Daily maintenance (as needed) of catalogs, channels, and properties in Salsify, including monitoring channel readiness and feedback, channel mapping, content upload and QA, ad hoc syndication requests, and workflow and image array maintenance
· Leverage strong expertise in Salsify (workflows) and Syndigo to enable seamless content publishing and auditing
· Partner closely with managed services partner to ensure flawless execution of customer syndication
· Act as the central point of contact for the Sales eCommerce Managers to review digital shelf optimizations and customer requests
· Conduct regular customer audits and track compliance to ensure completeness of customer product pages
Syndication Strategy & Tech-stack Integration
· Identify process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency in content syndication workflow
· Support Customer Syndication Matrix strategy and optimization of Digital Shelf operations including workflows for automation, channel mapping, and resolving other customer gaps/requirements
· Use project management tools to track ongoing syndication progress
· Lead a transition between DAM system and Salsify, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the secure and efficient transfer of our digital assets
· Content Accessibility: Train team members on how to effectively use Salsify catalog, access assets
Scope:
· Content Readiness, Content Execution & Compliance
· Ensure we fulfill all customer requirements, data gaps, attribute needs
· Ensure we have the correct customer attribution and retailer requirements
· Manage asset and content uploads
· Support the Digital Shelf Content team in developing and executing industry-leading content strategies by identifying content gaps in delivery process
· Audit content compliance across top customers + resolve inconsistencies – this includes product images, marketing tiles, written content, and enhanced content
· Asset Management and Content Syndication
· Technical expert with hands on keyboard for Salsify and Syndigo, and other retailer platforms (i.e. Meijer, Sam’s, BrandBank)
· Partnering with Syndication agency on syndication priorities
· Ensure on-time syndication delivery of assets to meet digital shelf launch timelines
· Customer Strategy
· Support the relationship with the eCommerce Sales Managers to ensure we are building connections, partnerships, and advocacy with our customers and sales counterparts
· Tech-Stack Integration
· Ensure seamless content publishing via Salsify and Syndigo

Skills
· Expertise in managing end-to-end digital shelf content syndication via Salsify and Syndigo
· Deep knowledge of DAM/PIM workflows
· Experience in customer portals such as Amazon Vendor Central and Ads, Meijer VendorNet, Kroger VIP, Item360, Brandbank
· Proven experience managing complex and fast-paced workload
· Strong working knowledge of metadata standards, taxonomy, SEO best practices
· Ability to develop and execute effective content strategies tailored to business goals
· Strong analytical skills to synthesize customer insights and requirements
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications
· 3+ years experience in digital shelf content management and syndication
· Proven hands on keyboard experience in Salsify and Syndigo
· Proficiency with DAM/PIM platforms
· Agency content production experience a plus
· Background in eCommerce merchandising, digital marketing, or related field
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Experience with Profitero, Asana, and consumer insights a plus
The base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 commensurate with experience.
