Receptionist

(Part-time – 30 hours, Location: Budapest, Hungary)

Danone is looking for a Receptionist in Budapest. YOUR responsibilities as a Receptionist will include (but are not limited to):

·  Ensuring the smooth operation of the reception (introduction and registration of visitors, handling phone calls, e-mail communication)
·  Ensuring a pleasant and representative environment for visitors and employees (ensuring the operation of the kitchen, ordering refreshments)
·  Ordering courier and postal services, office supplies, etc.
·  Ensuring administration related to office operations (creating orders, completing incoming invoices in the internal system)
·  Providing administrative support related to compliance topics

About you

From the Receptionist we are expecting: 

·  Degree in Economics/HR or any related field
·  Relevant experience
·  Good communication and collaboration skills
·  Pleasant, well-groomed appearance
·  Resilient, determined personality and outstanding problem-solving skills
·  Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
·  Fluent English & Hungarian
