R&I Manager

Job description

As an R&I Manager, you’ll drive innovation in our dairy, waters and plant-based products. Collaborate with diverse teams and lead exciting projects to shape our market presence.

 

Key responsibilities & activities:  

·  Participate in defining innovation and renovation projects for dairy, plant-based products, and beverages. Create and co-create project briefs based on market and consumer data.
·  Collaborate with representatives from various departments on different initiatives and projects.
·  Work on solutions to improve efficiency and cost savings for dairy products and beverages
·  Support the launch of new products and enhance your and your team's knowledge through organizing tasting sessions, consumer tests, and preparing project documentation.
·  Represent the perspective of Polish consumers in local and European activities.
·  Share best practices, generate new ideas, and improvements within the department's activities. Continuously expand your knowledge about the market, consumers, and new product and technology trends.
·  You have a higher education degree (preferably in Food Technology or related fields)
·  You have 2+ years of experience working in the FMCG industry (preferably in the food sector) in R&D, quality, operations, or marketing departments.
·  You know the basics of food law, have knowledge of raw materials, and understand basic technological processes.
·  You have experience in project management or actively participate in projects.
·  You are fluent in English (both spoken and written for daily work) and Polish.
·  You can collaborate in international teams with people at different organizational levels.
·  You are proactive, open-minded, and solution oriented.
