Production Operator

About the job

We are currently recruiting for Production Operators to join our busy operations team.

The Production Operator will convert materials into work in progress/finished goods following standard operating procedures. To achieve success in this position it is critical that the Production Operator embodies the CODES Focus Behaviours (Agile, Human Centric, Accountable & Decisive, Inclusive & Collaborate and Courageous with Empathy). They will practice the principles and philosophies of DaMaWay (Danone Manufacturing System) - rapid recognition and resolution of problems, zoning, problem solving.
About you

Ideal Candidate:

 

·  Experience working in a busy environment
·  Proven Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
·  Proficient written, numerical and verbal skills
·  Proficiency and fluency of English language (Oral and Written)
·  Numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data
·  The ability to work shifts on a 24/7 basis
