YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This internship will take place in Paris-Saclay, at our Daniel Carasso Research & Innovation center starting from September 2026. Vanessa Coupez, Nutrition Dairy leader in R&I Nutrition & Scientific Affairs team, will guide tour through your day-to-day tasks and help you grow in your role:
· Conduct literature reviews and deliver clear, concise and accurate scientific summaries.
· Monitor existing & emerging science on nutrition topics relevant to dairy category (nutrients, ingredients, nutrient profiling etc).
· Support science communication including newsletters, narratives, and educational materials.
· Develop a solid understanding of Danone’s dairy products nutritional quality to help identify opportunities for nutritional valorization and improvement.
· Support the development of science-based recommendation to guide innovation/renovation and short term nutrition plans.

For this position, we are looking for someone:
· Available from September 2026 for a duration of 12 months
· At the level of Bac+4/5 in university or engineering school, in the field of Nutrition and agri-food
· Ability to read and work in English (scientific literature, internal communication, multi-cultural team)
· Willing to develop career in Nutrition & Health in the food industry
· Strong ability to research and critically analyze scientific publications in nutrition, food science & public health domains.
· Excellent communication and science‑simplification skills.
· Curiosity and motivation to deepen knowledge about dairy products and their nutritional profiles
· Autonomous, curious, and comfortable working in a cross‑functional environment (R&I, Marketing, Regulation…) About Danone
