This position within Danone North America's Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) team will be responsible for supporting the company's internal control program, environmental reporting processes, as well as learning and communications for the team on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the procure-to-pay (P2P) process, the ability to learn complex processes and systems, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and be able to effectively communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders.

A key piece of this role will be in supporting Danone's internal control program, which aims to ensure standardization and P2P business process excellence (e.g. contract management, supplier selection, supplier evaluations, etc.) Throughout the year, the Procurement Transformation & Analytics Manager will ensure the Procurement team is properly trained on relevant aspects of the control set and that status, progress, issues, and corrective action items are properly communicated-or escalated-as needed.

Additionally, this role will be supporting Danone's life-cycle carbon accounting and environmental reporting programs, which are owned by the Manager of Sustainable Development Metrics within the COE. Specifically, the role will involve the generation of SAP reports, data entry, and light data analysis to support in the monthly, end-of-year close and reporting assurance process.

This position will be expected to also provide general support to the Procurement Center of Excellence team, particularly in the areas of learning and communications. Learning & development as well as internal communications are key to ensuring the Procurement team's success within Danone. This role will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating trainings throughout the year, as well as working to develop further trainings and materials to promote continuous improvement.

Liaise between the Internal Control and Procurement category teams to maintain clear objectives and action plans to minimize deficiencies and improve processes and procedures
• Facilitate trainings to the Procurement team on internal control process, with emphasis on connecting each control measure to its potential impact on the business
• Develop monthly update presentations for Procurement leadership on status of internal controls assessments, testing, and areas of risk
• Support Danone's life-cycle carbon accounting program through gathering information from cross-functional teams, entering data into proprietary SAP system, and conducting light data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support key environmental reporting initiatives, as needed, including internal tracking against KPI's, external reporting obligations, as well as responding to customer requests
• Assist Sustainable Development Metrics Manager with end of year reporting assurance and third-party audit process on relevant environmental and sustainability reporting
• Act as training coordinator for the Procurement team, organizing trainings as needed to promote team and individual skills development
• Lead internal communications on behalf of the Procurement COE team via social media, Danone North America intranet website, and other outlets

Skills and Abilities:
• Experience and knowledge of the procure to pay (P2P) process
• Process-oriented with continuous improvement mindset and capacity to respectfully challenge practices
• Proficiency in learning new systems and processes
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to pull insights from data to identify gaps, issues, anomalies, and trends
• Ability to manage many details and deadlines while working with accuracy and precision
• Ability to work and communicate across value chain with diverse team members
• Comfort working independently, in a fast-paced and nimble team environment
• Familiarity and comfort with change management; ability to bring enthusiasm and openness during periods of change
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred discipline in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Environmental Management, or other related fields
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and PPT)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project and time management skills a must
• Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
• Comfortable coordinating and leading trainings covering varying subjects
• Ability to work in a matrixed, team environment
• Ability to travel occasionally: 5% or less
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
• Experience using SAP and/or Microstrategy
• Experience with corporate internal control programs
• Familiarity with greenhouse gas reporting, Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), life-cycle assessment (LCA)
• Experience with, and enthusiasm for, using social media as a communication platform
• Passion for sustainability and corporate responsibility
