The Processing Operator supports the Milk Processing Department in the manufacturing plant.
Job Description
The Processing Operator is responsible for the processing of milk throughout the plant. There are 5 main areas in processing: Raw Milk Reception, Batching and Raw Milk Separation, Pasteurization and Fermentation, Product Separation, and Operation of Reverse Osmosis and Filtration. During a Processing Operators shift, they will collect and test milk samples, monitor and document processes, manually add dry ingredients, receive raw milk, and perform manual cleaning tasks, depending on their work assignment for the day.
The base compensation range for this position is $25.22/hour. Upon successful completion of a 90-day probationary period, your rate of pay will increase to $28.02/hour . This position will work 12-hour shifts on Day Shift , from 06:00 AM to 06:30 PM on a 2-3-2 rotating schedule .
A mathematics based preemployment assessment is required.

About you
Previous Manufacturing experience is preferred.
Education
· High School Diploma or equivalent required.
You must have the ability to:
· Read and write, interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
· Comprehend basic math and simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
· Understand instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
· Operate powered industrial equipment and navigate in right spaces and high-traffic areas in a fast-paced environment.
· Operate a compute to enter and retrieve data.
· Prepare and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees within the organization. About Danone
