Management Trainee STAR (MT STAR)  is a 3-year development program designed to shape future leaders at Danone Indonesia. Through this program, you'll gain hands-on experience across diverse business functions, take on meaningful projects that drive real impact, and contribute to Danone’s dual mission — nurturing the health of people and the planet. About you

·  Outstanding Bachelor/Master Graduates (all majors, min. GPA 3.25)
·  0-3 years working experience
·  Has related internship & leadership/organization experience
·  Intermediate English fluency
·  Willing to be placed in any Danone Operations across Indonesia and/or abroad
·  Available to onboard in March 2026 About Danone
