Process Automation Expert, Power APPS and AI

Job description

Process Automation Expert, Power APPS and AI will be responsible for enhancing the academy’s capabilities in process automation using Microsoft Power Automate.

 

This role will involve enabling maturity and results in automation projects, driving innovation, providing training and mentorship, and offering implementation and troubleshooting support across the network.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant certifications in Power Apps, AI, and Machine Learning technologies.

5+ years of experience in developing and implementing Power Apps solutions.

3+ years of experience in AI and machine learning projects.

Proven track record of working with Azure and other cloud platforms

Experience in solutions architecture and AI solution architecture

Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power BI.

Experience in designing and executing test plans for automated workflows

Experience in developing and delivering training programs on Power Automate and AI technologies

 

 

Skills:

Technical proficiency in RPA tools and technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in RPA processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor team members.

Project management skills to oversee RPA projects from start to finish.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve RPA goals.
