Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "PRGM Manager (Profitable Revenue Growth Management)" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

You will be the voice for PRGM change and focus across 3 categories Essential Dairy & Plant Based, Natural Sourced Waters and Specialised Nutrition.

Role purpose

The aim of job role is, maximizing revenue and profit of complex, set and deliver realistic commitments. You will be a key member of the Danone team that leads the Profitable Revenue Growth Management (PRGM) agenda for all the category across Turkey. The core deliverables in the role will be to provide key insights and recommendations across all PRGM levers via data analytics to drive top-line growth and optimise our investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Track & analyze mix trends regularly by category/segment and sub-channels so as to identify opportunities to drive profitable revenue growth
·  Working closely with various departments such as marketing, sales, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of revenue growth strategies and initiatives.
·  Support long term value creation and category growth through structured analysis
·  Responsible for channel and product based P&L analysis for all sales channels and product groups
·  Be part of the process of setting key initiatives supporting company priorities and PRGM opportunities definitions
·  Ad-hoc analysis to ensure accurate decision making within the company
·  Train cross-functional teams on the PRGM methodology and upscale them on PRGM priorities to grow the business profitably
·  Analyze trade term by channel & category and be accountable of applying trade term policy

About You:

 

·  Strong academic record from a reputable university, with business administration, economics, or industrial engineering backgrounds (MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus)
·  Excellent written and spoken English
·  Min. 3 years of controlling, sales finance, category development or RGM experience
·  Proficient use of MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint)
·  Solid analytical skills and high Finance knowledge
·  High attention to detail, drive for superior results
·  Good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
·  High dedication, commitment, and flexibility
·  Strong communicator, able to build relationships at all levels and across functions in an ambiguous business environment
