·  Support the Design Team in the execution of Innovation Exploration for our categories – organization of Design Thinking workshops, consumer focus groups, workshop material preparation, etc.
·  Food & Beverage trends scouting and consolidating of relevant trend information and market research – working closely together with the UX (User Experience) and S&I (Market Research) teams
·  Organization of product sample shipments
·  Management of Innovation Idea Backlog & other Knowledge Management support tasks
·  Support for the “definition phase” of projects – competitor analysis, product tasting organization, project documentation support
·  Advanced course of study in User Experience/Design, Food Technology, Product Management, or similar
·  First work experience desired
·  Solution oriented and curious
·  Affinity for teamwork, open mindset, and ability to work independently
·  Good knowledge in MS-Office. Online Whiteboard tools (Miro, Klaxoon, etc) desired
·  Very good English language skills, German is a Plus
Start is from 15th April at our Munich location for a limited period of 6 months.
