We are looking for a talent who wants to be at the heart of factory performance .
As Performance & Factory System East (Staff) , you will play a key role in ensuring sustainable factory performance by driving Integrated Work System (IWS) , Daily Management System (DMS) , and data‑driven continuous improvement .

This role goes beyond numbers — it is about turning data into real actions on the shopfloor , strengthening safety, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery reliability. A strategic role for those aspiring to become future factory performance leaders .
About you

You are analytical, structured, and highly curious , with the following profile:

·  Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Engineering / Manufacturing / Industrial / Pharmacy or related fields
·  Interest or experience in factory performance, manufacturing systems, or continuous improvement
·  Strong Lean mindset and data‑driven problem‑solving capability
·  Able to analyze and visualize data to support factory KPIs
·  Comfortable working cross‑functionally and actively engaging on the shopfloor
·  High curiosity, strong ownership, and willingness to challenge the status quo

This role is open for early‑career professionals (±1 year experience) or fresh graduates with strong analytical capability and learning agility.
