Please note we are currently recruiting for two positions in the P&A team. One is a permanent role that is more payroll focused and Second role is a 12 month secondment that is more admin focused.
Role Purpose
This role provides excellent customer service and efficiency in HR Payroll and Administration, being the first point of contact to Danoners and HR Leads and HRBP's across the UKI Region.
Main Responsibilities:
• All employee administration linked to key HR processes within the employee life cycle: new starters, contract and documents management, update and maintain data in systems, position management, process job and information changes (personal & employment), manage transfers, probation, and leavers.
• Administration and reporting of Leave Management (sickness absence, maternity leave, holidays) and application of processes.
• Provide a robust and efficient HR query management service for Danoners within the UKI Region via Service Now system (Founda!), whilst working within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• HR Reporting / Data (provided in line with SLA).
• Responsible for the inputting and administration of all Payroll data.
• Liaising with 3rd party providers to manage payroll input and query management.
• Responding to and resolving employee benefit / payroll queries.
• Work with IMM to ensure management of associated administrative activities and payroll set up for Expatriates.
• Working on Employees Services and HR projects as necessary to ensure excellent implementation for new. systems, processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
• 1 to 2 years in Administration (Desirable)
• Experience in HR or Compensation and Benefits function. (Desirable)
• Demonstrable competence in working with systems, process driven environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to deliver against defined service level agreements.
• Ability to understand & interact with varying stakeholders e.g. HR function / all Danoners.
• Able to take decisions, problem solve and manage conflict.
• Able to juggle many priorities and comfortable prioritising and working to deadlines.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Diligent and has attention to detail. Demonstrable experience handling mass data.
• Experience / competence in manipulating and analysing data to provide trends information to key stakeholders to aid decision making.
• Ability to manage confidentiality.
Please note the salary on offer for this position is between £28,000 - £33,000 + bonus & benefits
