Overheads & Cash Controller (m/f/d)

Your Mission

·  Plan, track and animate overhead costs (personnel, travel, building, IT cost etc.)

·  Strong support to department heads for the budgeting and follow-up of overhead costs

·  Build and animate reporting to create transparency on overhead costs

·  Collaborate in our internal savings program “Protein” and manage the dedicated reporting

·  Act as PO Key User

·  Manage planning, reporting and controlling of Cash Flow

·  Analyze cash drivers such as working capital, capex, NOPAT and balance sheet changes

·  Cooperate closely with Sales, CBS (esp. tax and treasury) and Supply Chain.

·  Ensure transparency on target achievement, identify cash opportunities and animate the organization to achieve the cash targets

·  Manage communication with our regional and global entities on any cash subjects

Your Profil

·  University degree in Business Sciences or Economics with a focus on Finance/Controlling

·  Minimum 2-3 years of work experience with controlling in a FMCG environment

·  Very good German and English language skills (spoken & written), French is a plus

·  Excellent skills in MS Office

·  Experience in working with Hyperion Essbase and SAP

·  Candid self-starter, proactive problem solver and intellectually curious

·  Action Oriented, taking initiative, and making decisions quickly to achieve goals

·  Effective communicator incorporating strong listening and questioning skills

·  Team oriented, highly collaborative, and able to build cross-functional relationships
