OPEX Controller DACH (m/f/d)

Your Mission

·  Manage financial closing for overheads, other income and expenses (OIE)
·  Support company reorganization strategy via harmonizing closing and forecast processes across business units
·  Coordinate rolling forecast overheads and OIE, support her/his manager in forecasting people costs
·  Ensure completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of overheads and OIE reporting
·  Support overhead costs animation, risks and opportunities discussion
·  Support cost reduction projects
·  Give recommendation on how to simplify monthly closing process in collaboration with Shared Business Service, incl. more pragmatic set up of cross charges within DACH
·  Give visibility of OPEX costs to key stakeholders, such as functional Directors, General Management, Team leaders

Your Profile

·  University degree with 3+ years’ experience in Finance and / or Controlling
·  Sound Accounting knowledge
·  Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
·  Strong Excel know how, proficient in MS office
·  Good knowledge of SAP and BI tools
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Able to build close relationship with key stakeholders
