About the job

Do you have good knowledge of foods for special medical purposes and passion for medical nutrition, have interest in the healthcare environment and would like to join us on our mission to make the planet healthier through food? We are seeking a dedicated and responsible team player to join our Medical Affairs team today as a maternity leave substitute.

 

In this role you will get the opportunity to work broadly with our consumer loyalty, ensuring that the voice of our customers is being heard and they feel supported through specialized nutrition advises and answers to medical nutrition related questions.  You will be the go-to person for questions related to our wide portfolio of products and therapeutical areas. In collaboration with the Medical, Marketing and Sales teams you will take part in events and activities for external parties.  In this role you will report to the Medical Affairs Manager Finland and work closely with the marketing and sales functions.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Customer Care:

·  Handle inbound product and medical inquiries via calls, emails, and other channels.
·  Analyze data for trends and insights.
·  Collaborate with internal teams and global peers.

Medical Tasks:

·  Assist in organizing medical events and training sessions.
·  Conduct training for commercial teams and update materials.

Quality:

·  Document communication and update Q&A database.

About you

·  Knowledge in medical nutrition, customer interaction, and healthcare environment.
·  Customer-centric mindset.
·  Proficiency in written and oral Finnish and English, with basic Swedish.
·  Proactive, self-motivated, and ethical.
·  Ideal for final-stage students, seasoned nutritionists/dietitians, or nurses with practical experience in nutrition management.
