• Identify training and development needs within HN Department through assessment schemes and regular consultation with SEA Capability Development & HN Strategy & Activation manager & MSN and Head of solution.
• Plan, design and provide training and development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conference, coaching and workshops.
• Work across HN team to organize training session that are suitable for business need and all relevant parties.
• Conduct orientation sessions both scientific knowledge and skills for new nutrition advisors and new medical managers.
• Consider the cost of planned programs and keep within budgets discussing and presenting the Annual Training Plan to the HN Director & Head of solution and the concerned team members during the meeting to get the conclusion on the training plan; following-up the plan and keeping track record of the feedback and results after they completed the training session in order to ensure that they have good knowledge and competencies on the nutrition knowledge and technical skills to provide advice to the consumers.
• Develop and Conduct testing and evaluation procedures.
• Create and produce training materials for in-house courses.
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through appraisal, questionnaires and discussion with managers.
• Evaluate training and development programs
• Help Nutrition managers solve specific scientific/skill problems and give guidance.
• Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
• Cross functional work with other department to help fulfill their training needs ex PCB.
• Ensure all functions in HN department get annual training & development relevant to their functional competencies.
• Supervise NA competency development managers.
• Conducts in-field visits by self or accompanies by Area Nutrition Managers or Nutrition Advisor to visit Key Opinion Leader, to maintain good relationship, to collect market information, and to observe field-force nutrition’s’ team performances.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nutrition, Pharmaceutical or Science.
• Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) in training and facilitation preferably in scientific knowledge and skills.
• English proficiency and communication skills.
