YOUR responsibilities as a Logistics Network Specialist will include (but not limited to):

·  Acting as the single point of contact for daily logistics matters with our 3PL partners
·  Monitoring and optimizing transport and distribution costs, including international transport
·  Verifying invoices and managing monthly cost reporting with the Control Tower
·  Leading pallet exchange processes with partners
·  Managing return logistics for platforms (pallets, saleable and unsaleable goods)
·  Supporting departments across the business with logistics data and insights
·  Troubleshooting daily operational issues related to order fulfillment, distribution, and transport
·  Issuing and updating logistics reports and documentation
·  Visiting external partners when necessary
·  Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and internal standards About you

We are looking for a Logistics Network Specialist with the following profile:

·  A university or college degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field)
·  1+ year of experience in a similar logistics or supply chain coordination role
·  Proficiency in English and Romanian (written and spoken)
·  Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
·  The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
·  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
·  A driver’s license and openness to occasional travel (you’ll have access to a company car) About Danone
