Key Account Manager (Maternity Cover)

Objectives of the Role

 

·  Manage a group of Key Account clients to achieve designated sales target levels;
·  Support the development of profitable business in Modern trade channel with new and existing Key Accounts;
·  Close collaboration on monthly basis with Sales & Marketing Department; + Planning and Customer service department to be added.
·  Actively being involved in budgeting process, by preparing relevant data in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders;
·  Supports sales expansion and direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets related to Key Accounts
·  Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge in modern trade and Key Accounts management
·  Introduce new products to clients in Modern Trade and regularly visit the outlets in order to check products’ presence and in store execution
·  Propose and implement strategic plans for the respective K/Acc
·  Prepare and lead yearly negotiations with Key accounts in accordance with channel strategy.
·  Track closely execution of sales KPIs and propose actions for improvement.
·  Work with financial data such as client P&L.
·  Be the contact person for Merchandizing agencies the company is working with.

 

What you need to be succesfull:

·  University degree in Economics and other related;
·  Sales function background (3 to 5 years); ∙ Client & customer knowledge;
·  Ability to analyze market related data
·  Deep understanding of negotiation process. Preparation and lead negotiations knowledge.
·  Ability to communicate well with senior management; ∙ Ability to take measured risks and to innovate;
·  Ability to build a strategic contribution. Leads and drives for change;
·  Displays resilience, determination, flexibility and proactiveness;
·  Fluent command of English (written and spoken);
·  Clean Driving License.
