DANONE SA within WBS HR is looking for a Junior Global Talent Manager F/M in France (FR) for Paris.

As Junior Global Talent Manager for One Danone functions, you will support the Global Finance & ISIT Talent Director in various talent topics such a Talent Review, monthly Talent Committees and track monthly KPI's, Headcount, Turnover and vacancies. You will work within the Global Talent One Danone team, in charge of the talent management of Finance and ISIT functions worldwide. The team is in constant interaction with Danone's Human Resources departments and top management.

As part of the team, you will help to carry out cross-functional projects and contribute in driving forward One Danone Functions' HR road-map and global HR Talent Strategy. This will be achieved by ensuring linkages and synergies between different team members and strengthening HR decisions through quantitative and qualitative analysis. You will support Global Finance & ISIT Talent Director in the processes that are being animated and enable the monitoring of our performance through extraction, data cleaning, organization & analysis of data from our HRIS systems.

ABOUT THE JOB

o Analysis of quantitative and qualitative HR data , construction and follow-up of monthly KPIs (presentation of headcount, vacancies & turnover figures).
o Support Talent Director in preparing Talent Analytics for monthly functional board meetings, follow-up on Human Resources activities for Finance and ISIT functions with a high focus on diversity ambition of the company.
o Manage and deliver the Finance & ISIT annual Talent Review .
o Partner with cross functional Global Talent team to align on on-going topics and represent Finance and ISIT functions where necessary.
o Be a contributor to t ransversal activities as the Talent Mapping project, Talent Cards listings, visibility plans.
o Draft and validate Appointment Notices of internal/external recruitments of respective functions.

ABOUT YOU

You have a Bachelor's degree, ideally with an HR specialization and at least 2 years of experience in HR/similar role. You have
o A can-do attitude with agility and flexibility needed to succeed in dynamic, fast-paced environment
o Strong desire to collaborate with team members to deliver results
o Ability to connect and build authentic relationships
o Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret and summarize data into meaningful information
o High learning agility, ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
o Excellent written and communication skills
o Fluent English
