Job description

Danone is seeking an enthusiastic intern to join the IT&Data CEN organization as part of the Data & Analytics team. This team supports business departments like Finance, Operations, and HR across the CEN geographic area, including Poland, Central and Eastern Europe, Nordics, and Baltics.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Analyze business needs in data analysis and reporting.
·  Collaborate closely with Operations (Supply Chain), Finance, and HR departments.
·  Participate in projects and support Business Solutions Analysts.
·  Support internal IT processes, including managing the ServiceNow platform and system access.

Technical Skills:

·  Interest in IT solutions, data, and analytics
·  Ability to find simple solutions to complex problems
·  Advanced knowledge of MS Office
·  Fluent in Polish and English
·  Basic knowledge of IT architecture and databases (SQL, Azure, Power BI) is an asset

Interpersonal and Soft Skills:

·  Strong communication and cooperation skills
·  Not afraid to ask difficult questions and eager to find answers
·  Team player with a proactive attitude
·  Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
