You will be part of the BENELUX IPRO team (which stands for Innovation & Productivity Realization office) in the Operations department and will report to the Team lead Activity Management. The IPRO team manages innovations and renovations (and all other product changes) all the way from the ideation and development of our products to the planning and delivery of them on our customer shelves.

·  You are the Supply Chain expert in cross-functional teams of projects that result in new or changing products and/ or packaging, 
·  Act as single point of contact with the factories and the internal Operations department,
·  Work in cross-functional teams with IPRO PMO, Marketing, Sales, R&D and Finance and collaborate on a daily basis with other Operations teams (Customer Service, Planning, Master Data and Quality),
·  Create and animate the operational timeline and warn about risks and deviations from the plan; all the way from setting up the Master Data to shipping to our customer warehouses,
·  Support the Supply Planning team on all phase-in/phase-outs linked to the activities,
·  Ensure on-time delivery of all agreed and resourced projects within cost and quality parameters.
·  You have obtained a university degree,
·  Supply or Demand Planning knowledge is highly valued,
·  Project Management experience and knowledge is highly valued,
·  Besides strong networking and communication skills you are strong in stakeholder management
·  Fluency in English is a must within this position,
·  You are enthusiastic, well organised (able to handle multiple tasks) and enjoy teamwork .
·  If, in addition, you have an analytical mindset with an extended knowledge of Excel you might be the person we are looking for !
