About the Job

You will be part of the Human Resources team at one of our global offices located in Hoofddorp (NL). As the HR Intern, you will be closely working with the Procurement HR Business Partners in which time management, stakeholder management and learning about human resources is something that will come back to you every day. Your main mission will be to support in the day-to-day activities and ongoing projects by bringing your ideas to the table.

So, what will be your main responsibilities?

·  Supporting the main HR processes — from Performance Review, Development Conversations, Annual Salary Review, Learning & Development, etc.
·  Assist in the analysis of People Survey Results
·  Getting to know the HR Business Partner role – taking responsibility for the intern population
·  Contribute to the Onboarding Process of new hires
·  Collaborate with internal communication
·  Support the HRBPs in their day to day and with the coordination of Team Buildings
·  Create the Quarterly HR Dashboard with PowerBI
·  Support the Talent Partners of our team in their day-to-day

About you

So, who are we looking for?We are looking for a Bachelor/Master student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or any other related field in which you show interest in HR. We expect you to be pro-active, energetic and able to work in a highly dynamic & international environment. You are accurate-and results-oriented while being a self-starter who can work independently while still being a team-player. You prove to have great communications skillsand are not afraid to take responsibility. Furthermore, you are a regular user of Excel and PowerPoint. Being flexible is key!

Additionally, you must meet the following requirements:

·  You are enrolled at university during the whole period of the internship (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
·  You are fluent in English – written and spoken; 
·  You can start in July 2024 for a 5-6 months (4-5 days per week);
·  Willing to travel to Hoofddorp , the Netherlands, 1-2 times per week
·  Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

 

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
