You will be part of the Digital Manufacturing team, who is taking care of digitalizing our factories globally and implementing data driven-oriented solutions based on our internal data.

These are some of the day-to-day activities you will be doing:

 

·  Demonstrate a keen interest in understanding how food and beverage manufacturing factories operate and how digital manufacturing can enhance productivity.
·  Be comfortable working in international environments and fluent in English.
·  Be willing to travel abroad for business requirements, typically for 1 to 3 days.
·  Work closely with the Digital Manufacturing team to roll-out digital factory of the future strategy.
·  Work closely with factory digital leaders to support their digital transformation with PBI dashboards, reporting and maintain of knowledge platforms.
·  Develop and maintain Power BI reports to track critical KPIs for the digital projects portfolio.
·  Create and maintain knowledge management platform for digital manufacturing (sharepoint).
·  Define and animate a people network to scale paperless and data analytics certification globally across factories.
·  Analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
·  Prepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
·  Stay current with industry trends and advancements in digital manufacturing.
·  Collaborate with industry experts and suppliers to identify and implement innovative tools, processes, and strategies that enhance our manufacturing operations.
·  Evaluate and compare various digital manufacturing tools, software, and hardware.

 

You are the perfect fit if :

 

·  You are available from april to september (for a duration of 6 months). 
·  You are an Engineering/Supply Chain student with a strong interest and passion for digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Data Science, and emerging technologies.
·  You are interested in Industry 5.0 and manufacturing processes.
·  You have knowledge of digital manufacturing concepts, such as yield optimization, OEE, industrial automation, performance, productivity, production losses, quality controls, Gemba, PDCA, six sigma, kanban, etc.
·  You are comfortable analyzing both financial and industrial data.
·  You have a keen interest in data technologies such as PBI, Power Automate, and Grafana.
·  You are curious about how digital manufacturing is executed in factories.
·  You aspire to grow in an international environment, balancing both local and global needs.
·  You are rigorous in defining KPIs to track the progress of digital projects.
·  You have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
·  You are detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
·  You are proficient in MS Office applications.
·  It would be beneficial for you to have experience in manufacturing, programming, and statistics. 

There are also some compulsory requirements:

·  Enrolled as a Masters student in Engineering/Supply Chain during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
·  Ideally available to start in April 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 4/5 days per week;
·  You are fluent in English - oral and written;
·  You are able to work from the Rueil Malmaison office 1 time per week.
·  Please note that you are required to relocate to France (if abroad) for this internship.
