We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Digital Manufacturing acceleration program, specifically within the People stream. This stream focuses on change management, people upskilling, driving adoption, and increasing the maturity of the processes and solutions we deploy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support change management initiatives by assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to manage resistance and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
· Support the launch on our Industry 5.0 Academy by assisting in the development of learning portfolio and assist in the logistics.
· Promote and drive the adoption of new processes and solutions by communicating their benefits and providing support during the transition.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
As a Digital Manufacturing – People Transformation intern, good communication and collaboration skill will be second nature to you. You are interested in change management, people upskilling and the future of work. On top of that? You’re not afraid to work with data, as we are helping our teams to excel in user adoption and process maturity. Always looking for opportunities to learn and develop? There are also some compulsory requirements:
· Enrolled as a Bachelors / Masters student in Strategic Management/Organizational Studies/Engineering during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
· Ideally available to start in January/February for a minimum of 6 months, 3-4 days per week;
· You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
· Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer
We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
