Job description

As an Indirect Goods & Services Buyer , you will secure and satisfy internal stakeholder needs for Indirect Goods and Services by delivering innovative and competitive solutions from suppliers and other external resources at highest possible quality and service level while continually improving profit and cash to ensure and maintain competitive advantage for the company. You will also develop and manage relationship with existing and new potential suppliers in your scope in order to ensure a best in class product/service for the company and to ensure the compliance with internal & external rules / laws.

In the team of Ágnes KUTHY you will work autonomously and independently in Romania.

YOUR responsibilities as an Indirect Goods & Services Buyer will include (but not limited to):

·  Build and maintain smooth, constructive supplier relationships
·  Negotiate spot, short-and long-term needs with suppliers and/or for projects to secure supply while optimizing total cost
·  Ensure that relevant company procedure / policies are kept by conducting ad-hoc checks, controls
·  Work closely with Internal Controlling and Finance to assure committed targets
·  Lead or participate in CBU projects and ensure successful implementation
·  Challenge need and status quo to define the optimal need
·  Manage project team from different departments

To be successful in the Indirect Goods & Services Buyer position YOU should be:

·  Experienced in procurement or sales KAM
·  Native Romanian with fluent English knowledge spoken and written
·  Excellent in negotiation skills with external and internal stakeholders
·  Proactive & results oriented
·  Ready to lead changes and searching for improvements
·  Open to challenges and able to find new solutions to grow the business
