Healthcare Nutrition Data Excellence Supervisor

Job description

Danone is looking for a Healthcare Nutrition Data Excellence Supervisor to manage and optimize data processes within the Healthcare Nutrition division. This role focuses on system administration, data accuracy, CRM support, and integration management to ensure smooth business operations.

 

What Will You Do?

·  Oversee system administration by managing user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
·  Ensure data accuracy and manage data imports/exports efficiently.
·  Provide technical assistance and training to CRM users, ensuring smooth adoption and troubleshooting.
·  Support integrations between CRM and other business applications.
·  Manage the unlock coverage process , ensuring each phase is executed accurately and on time.
·  Maintain the quality of master data in TIBCO , including HCP, HCF, and affiliation data.
·  Align with Marketing to ensure smooth deployment of cycle detailing and convert it into Promogrid with internal/external teams.
·  Support cross-functional teams with data requests and analysis.

Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with experience in managing or supporting CRM.
·  2-5 years of experience in a related role as an individual contributor.
·  Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into CRM processes.
·  Knowledge of the Healthcare/Nutrition industry or related fields is preferred.
·  Data literacy with the ability to generate insights from multiple sources.
·  Strong English skills, both verbal and written.
·  Willing to be placed at Danone Head Office (RDTX Place, South Jakarta) with a work-from-office arrangement.
