We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to lead our Cycles and Procurement (C&P) team and drive impactful initiatives across our business units (CBUs).

 

Key Responsibilities:

·  Lead C&P activities within the CBU, ensuring topline and professional services spend efficiency.
·  Manage compliance and local partnerships with CBU stakeholders and C&P functions.
·  Ensure local sustainability needs are met from a sourcing perspective.
·  Facilitate CBU productivity and cost KPIs, including working/non-working spend and overhead/net sales.
·  Implement category strategies for topline and professional services.
·  Guide stakeholders on ways of working with C&P and ensure compliance with sourcing design, local compliance, and risk management.
·  Oversee the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process and purchasing policy compliance for local entities.
·  Partner with DBS for S2P compliance.
·  Lead and develop the local C&P team, ensuring team engagement and development.
·  Contribute to the ambition of the C&P CBUs and the Sourcing Pool EU community.

Mission:  This role is pivotal in unlocking and driving C&P deliverables within our CBUs. You will guide the local C&P team, deliver efficiency in purchasing processes, secure service levels, and manage risks. Building strong relationships with business partners, you will support procurement topics and localize global and regional C&P strategies within the CBU.

·  Mitigate compliance and legal risks.
·  Maintain strong CBU stakeholder relationships.
·  Foster team development and engagement.
·  Ensure compliance with Dango and other relevant standards.

Experience:

·  Experience in procurement, preferably in indirect AND direct sourcing.
·  Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management experience.
·  Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
