Reporting to the Zero Carbon Director, we are currently seeking a global Energy Program Manager to act as a catalyst in driving the energy transformation at Danone, called REFUEL. This exciting program serves as a pathway toward achieving our net-zero carbon goals while contributing to business performance. Ensuring the program pillars of energy efficiency & renewable energy transition are activated locally in all plants & warehouses of Danone operations, delivering positive impact.

The location is flexible between France (Evian or Paris) and Amsterdam.

Your main responsibilities are:

- Be the program catalyst to manage and drive Danone’s energy transition through strong leadership and collaboration with key global functions (for example, engineering, procurement, finance, sustainability, digital, operations)
- Convert this program and associated pillars (energy efficiency + renewable energy switch) into actionable and measurable projects together with local teams in each zone and plant.
- Program manage activities with established partners supporting the global energy program
- Ensure the program strategy is integrated into the financial equation of the company
- Develop, monitor, and animate Energy related KPIs - and corrective action planning
- Engage Danone’s energy expert community and harness best practice sharing
- Look external for new ideas and innovation on clean energy transition
- Presenting program progress routinely to senior management

About you

About You: 

·  You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or an MBA, or possess a working knowledge of end-to-end business processes.
·  Your experience in the energy sector or involvement in sustainability programs is valuable.
·  Goal-oriented, punctual, and process-driven by nature.
·  Your project management skills are excellent, and you can lead cross-functional teams effectively.
·  Your analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with experience in data analysis and reporting, contribute to your effectiveness.
·  You have a grasp of both financial and operational KPIs
·  You have a successful track record of presenting project clarity, including status updates, roadmaps, and budgets.
·  Strong communication and collaboration abilities allow you to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
·  You can adapt seamlessly to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
