DANONE SA is looking for a FP&A and Overheads Controller WBU Waters M/F in France (FR), Paris.

CONTEXT

Within the Worldwide Business Unit Waters Finance team, reporting to the WBU Business & Topline (Marketing & Sales) Controller, you will be managing the overall controlling process of the reporting of the WBU and ensure the visibility of the KPIs within the organisation, assess P&L scenarios, prepare and coordinate the full financial support for performance review process and ensure proper landing of central overheads costs.

The position is highly exposed to the business and to the Top Management of the WBU Water.

ABOUT THE JOB

·  Assure robust data collection of top line KPIs by preparing monthly deck and dashboards to extract value in analysis and decision making

Solid reporting planning and process for accurate and timely reporting

Detailed analysis of reported P&Ls of all countries

Sensitivity analysis

OVH & OIE spent details

Prepare dashboards for solid understanding of reported figures

Detailed tracking in coordination with the other WBU controllers of the detailed variance analysis of all P&L lines

Reporting in magnitude of central packages

·  Support key internal stakeholders

Produce needed reporting and information on actual and rolling forecast detailed analysis understanding for Aquaboard and finance community use: monthly closing books, D-, D+ reporting summaries, on the spot requests

Prepare presentations for monthly/quarterly Performance Reviews, Aquaboard, Comex…

Prepare and implement data collection processes (in a supportive manner towards RBU and CBU) together with the other WBU Waters controllers to support business understanding needs

Animate business impact understanding within the organization: automatized reporting and data sharing, improved dashboarding, deep performance understanding, risks & opps

Support company controlling in any enquiry or project

·  Overheads controlling

Align with all central budget owners (HO, A&P, R&I) the detailed spend plan

Close follow up of actual spent versus planned

ABOUT YOU
