About the Job

In this role you will be co-manage the overall reporting process for the business unit of our Globally managed Specialize Nutrition factories. Your key focus is to ensure solid reporting planning and process for accurate and timely reporting by:

1. Manage Closings Processes and Rolling Forecast (RF) Process: Coordinating the preparation of accurate and solid guidelines, supporting business units in submitting their set of figures by preparing actual/ forecasting instructions, manage the overall closing process, key FP&A contact for all factory related topics, organize/animate weekly meetings with reporting calendar.
2. Ensure accuracy and explain main driver of P&L variances
3. Co-create automatized decks and dashboards for key stakeholders by using Power BI
4. Review process and optimize WoW: Coordinate proper execution of processes and adherence to standards

To be successful in this role, you are passionate about Finance in manufacturing and have a Business, Economics or Finance Master degree to support that. You are a data-driven and logical mind who has excellent analytical skills (Office tools, PowerBI, Magnitude, Tagetik and other financial modelling methods). You are challenged by creating value-adding business insights from complex data that enhance strategy and decision making. You feel comfortable with in a can-do and action-oriented work environment and like to take initiative and ownership to drive continuous improvement. You are a natural communicator with strong analytical skills, creative and confident in managing a large and diverse range of stakeholders. Furthermore you have:

 

- Solid business controlling/FP&A experience within large company (preferably FMCG)

- You have experience in Financial systems and Power BI.

- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
