Factory Safety Technician

Job description
As the factory Safety Specialist, you will help ensure that workplace of all types, from factory to office on safety aspect of all Safety & Health activities included your safety.
You will carry out improvements, improvements, maintenance, and inspections regarding the safety of equipment, equipment, and work as well as matters pointed out by audits, and will carry out activities to improve safety defects.
Main responsibilities
· Implement improvements and modifications to audit findings and new safety measures properly.
· Conduct patrol inspections and make guidance of construction sites, contractor work areas, areas where work permits are issued, and people's work.
· Analyze the current state of equipment and facilities, verify work, inspect the environment, and propose and implement necessary improvement measures to ensure that employees can work safely.
· Provide training related to safety and safety improvements to factory members and contractor workers.
· Assist factory members with their work.
· Carry out document management and improvement work related to the above.
Education background
• Industrial, Mechanical & Electric high school graduate degree or equivalent and higher.
Technical Skills and Experiences required
· Knowledge and understanding of machining and welding.
· Knowledge and understanding of automation and control systems.
· Knowledge and understanding of safety laws and procedures.
· Acceptance of construction companies, etc.
· Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
It is desirable to have taken the following courses and obtained a license.
・Electrical operator (low voltage), sling skill training, forklift driving skills training or special driving, electrical work class 2, mechanical maintenance (electricity) class 2, aerial work vehicle driving special education, Gas welding
