YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

 

 

This internship will take place in Gif-sur-Yvette, at our Research Center starting from March 2026. Theresia, Taste Design Senior Technologist in the Advanced Technology team will guide tour through your day-to-day tasks and help you grow in your role:

 

·  Develop in-depth knowledge of the sensory impact of various ingredients in plant-based and dairy applications.
·  Acquire a foundational understanding of the olfactory-gustatory mechanism and establish a link with the development of potential technological solutions.
·  Build a literature review based on existing and new data.
·  Design and execute an experimental plan to produce proof-of-concept for hypotheses, including lab experiments, application in different food matrices, and sensory test series.
·  Establish connections and work effectively with internal teams (Advanced Techno Ingredients, Advanced Techno Process, Advanced UX, Advanced Science, Europe team, North America team).
·  Build relationships with the external ecosystem (suppliers, institutes, etc.).

 

PLUS POINTS OF THIS JOB:

·  Up to 2 days/week of remote work
·  Full reimbursement of Navigo pass
·  "Vendredi je grandis" program: development every Friday afternoon covering career, soft skills, and hard skills.
·  Compensation from €1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

To achieve great things together, we are looking for someone:

 

·  From a Bac+5 level degree at a university or engineering school with a specialization in food industry
·  You are available as of March 2026 for a period of 6 months
·  You are dynamic, organised and efficient with a strong teamspririt
·  You have notions in flavouring composition, laboratory environment doesn't have any secret for you
·  English and French will be essential to communicate with the rest of the team!
