About the job

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL or ELT) data from various sources into data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Create and maintain data models, schemas, and database structures.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security.
• Handle data quality issues, data lineage, and metadata management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL/ELT jobs.
• Automate data workflows using tools like Stonebranch, Apache Airflow, or custom scripts.
• Schedule and orchestrate ETL/ELT jobs.
• Profile and optimize SQL queries.
• Document data pipelines, processes, and workflows.
• Follow best practices for data engineering, version control, and code reviews.
• Work within an agile team to design, develop and deliver business value through data.
• Trouble shoot and solve critical production issues.
• Estimate work and meet the team’s commitments.

About you

 

 About you
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in BI, Analytics, Data Integration or similar Data products.
• Expertise with Data Governance disciplines, such as Data Stewardship, Quality, Lifecycle Management and Cataloguing
• Experience with CPG and working agile are desired.

 SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Must have strong analysis, architecture and design skills in order to analyze system requirements and implement data solutions.
• Has solid communication, influencing and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment.
• Is organized, focused and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• A strong team player.
• Has strong critical sense, challenges others and has ability to say "no“.
• Is curious and determined to continuously improve.
• Experience with Agile frameworks and delivery models.
• Experience with Product and Agile Management methodology
• Proficiency in data modeling and design, including SQL development and database administration.
• Expert knowledge of data management, data quality, data governance and MDM.
• Working knowledge of data warehousing and analytics.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, including continuous integration & delivery using DevOps tools.
• Experience with data technologies including Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Informatica (ETL & ELT), Snowflake, Power BI (Visualization), Relational databases, SQL, NoSQL, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Knowledge in process automation, machine learning and artificial practices a Plus
• Business sense when discussing demands with functions and technical knowledge when communicating with the squad.
• Knowledgeable about user experience / design thinking / data visualization / value.
• Solid communication, influencing and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment.
• Organized, focused and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
