Objectives of the role
Responsible for driving and activating the journey conversion of Cow & Gate Special, FOM & GUM businesses. (FOM = Follow on milk, from birth to 6months; GUM = Growing-up Milk, from 6 months to 12 months )
This includes specifically:
- Maximise the lifetime value of our consumers by optimising conversion and length of journey in milks
- To lead the short & long-term development of the FOM/GUM business to drive positive, profitable, growth through the length of the journey - exploring new platforms of communication & innovation to unlock, working in close collaboration with the C&G Brand Consumer Engagement Manager
- To unlock the consumer special portfolio by driving conversion from IF (Infant Formula) to specials through coms
- To support SBM in developing innovative Communication plans for the total first diet strategy (Combining milk & food)
- To Support the Milk category business understanding and initiatives within the Commercial Management Process
- As a C&G team member, create and optimise Journey Coms base on the new brand platform

Education:
Degree qualification
Professional Background:
Brand marketing, Sales, Innovation or Consumer Insight manager within blue chip FMCG/ consumer/ healthcare environment
Mobility
Openness to future mobility and / or cross functional interest would be a bonus

· An intuitive marketing thinker, strong consumer and brand empathy. Shows clarity of thinking by balancing business rigor and strategic principles with intuition to deliver rounded recommendations.
