CDI - Team Assistant - Global Plant Based - (H/W)

We are looking for a Team Assistant (M/F) to join our teams in 17H. 

This CDI will take place in Paris (75), in our  head office.

 

Your main mission will be to ensure excellent execution of the VP PB’s assistance, serving the Marketing team.

·  Assisting the VP Strategy in all her activities: agenda, organizing meetings, travel arrangements, etc. + creation of PO’s for these travels & meetings
·  Assisting the VP Inno in all his/her activities: agenda, organizing meetings, travel arrangements, etc. + creation of PO’s for these travels & meetings
·  Managing all cross-functional Marketing invoicing with our Accounting department through the creation and management of all Purchase Orders for the marketing team, following the procedures in place. This will involve mastering the Probuyer system and being able to handle issues directly with the Finance team (accounting).
·  Being the “key user” of some of our internal tools for reporting and tracking your team’s data.
·  Supporting budget monitoring.
·  Back-up for the SVP assistant

·  You have a Bac +2/+3 degree, with confirmed professional experience.
·  Your rigor and structure are recognized by your peers.
·  You have a strong sense of customer service and are known for your ability to collaborate in a team.
·  You can interact with different types of stakeholders, are open-minded, and dynamic.
·  You have a keen sense of confidentiality.
·  Fluent English is necessary for this position.
·  You are proactive and have the ability to solve various problems.
·  You have excellent professional knowledge of the Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook.
