Operations Performance Manager - 12 month contract

Role Purpose:

 

The Operations Performance Manager is responsible for helping to drive operational excellence within the Design to Delivery (D2D) UKIRL organisation. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. The role is pivotal in the publication of the D2D performance scorecard & execution of our monthly performance review. Working closely with departments across the Operations teams to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to provide insights into operational performance. The role involves analysing current operational processes, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing changes that lead to optimised performance.

·  Strong organizational skills & ability to hit committed timelines
·  Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills
·  Working knowledge of SAP
·  Ability to take full ownership & responsibility for project delivery
·  Agility to cope with change & constantly evolving pictures
·  Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills for working with and influencing internal & external stake-holders
