CDI - Consolidation & Reporting Analyst - (M/W)

We are looking for a Consolidation & Reporting Analyst to join the Consolidation & Reporting team at our Paris headquarter. In this position, you will report to Chloe Antunez, Consolidation & Reporting Manager. Your mission aims at producing high quality actuals financial information in accordance with the company accounting principles and enhance the closing processes and reporting tools.

 

Your main responsibilities will focus on: 

·  Supporting the Countries and geographical zones and CBS (Cluster Business Services) in their preparation of the Magnitude consolidation & reporting packages
·  Understand the subsidiaries challenges and activity
·  participate to the balance sheet reviews and performance reviews
·  Analyzing  accounting treatments  for transactions like acquisitions or disposals and implementing them in the Magnitude package
·  Being part of the quality and efficiency of the process of closing preparation and reporting in the context of the legal consolidation of June & December
·  Control of the reporting packages prepared by the subsidiaries and CBSs, especially in June & December
·  Production of transversal analysis on balance sheet or P&L lines, particularly with regards to the elaboration of the notes to the financial statements and the preparation of the registration document
·  Working in collaboration with the external auditors
·  Being part of transversal projects related to the improvement of the process of production of the financial information within the Consolidation & Reporting department
·  Collaboration with the Finance Corporate teams, the geographical zones and countries

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

·  3 years in an external Audit firm or experience in finance in international firms
·  Capacity to work on complex concepts, great analytical skills and autonomy
·  Strong communication and vulgarization skills
·  Adaptability to various stakeholders
·  Team-player spirit and ability to work in process mode with clear responsibilities and accountabilities
·  Curiosity and capacity to challenge
·  Fluency in English
