ABOUT THE JOB

Business Systems Analyst - Digital Marketing Solutions will proactively manage the day to day support and evolution of existing IS/IT solutions of Groupe Danone units (in the area of technical support of Digital Marketing, Care-line, CRM), participate in projects for the development of new solutions and processes in order to ensure an optimal and sustainable IS service delivery which meets or exceeds business expectations in all aspects of DANONE's businesses in Nordics & Central Europe, taking into account:

• Customer service excellence

• Application management

• Project and portfolio management

• Governance processes

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and consultancy to Digital Marketing teams for Web Application solutions (CMS, e-commerce platform, hosting infrustructure, web domain management)

• Manage applications on a day to day basis to ensure the availability and the effectiveness taking into account business requirements

• Effective functional user support based on internal SLA, KPIs, and global DAN'IS Governance principles

• Participate in projects / lead projects closely co-operating with business

• Provide and permanently develop knowledge of business process and applications, ensure application documentation and users ownership

• Contribute to the development of and aligning with the DAN'IS corporate standards

• Participate in supplier negotiation, measure and improve suppliers' performance

• Work directly with the hosting partner in order to manage and support our web hosting platform

ABOUT YOU

• Curiousity, drive and passion for digital and how this can influence a business
• At least 1-year experience in the job position related to digital/web-based application implementation and support
• Web Page frontend/backend developer skills will be an asset
• Well-developed skills of communication, team-working and self-organization
• Openness for new ideas and creativity
• Experience in international environment
• English skills at advanced level
