Business System Analyst for Finance/Controlling and HR systems

Business System Analyst Finance

(Fulltime, Location: based in Budapest, Prague or Bucharest)

As Business System Analyst Finance, you will proactively manage the day to day support and evolution of existing applications in Finance domain, participate in projects for the development of new applications and processes to ensure an optimal and sustainable IS service delivery.

As Business System Analyst you are responsible for:

1st line support of existing systems for Danone BUs in Central East Europe
• cooperation with 2nd line support (Central Team);
• solve and coordinate user's requests/issues (SAP FI and Navision);
• responsible for performing the verification of the consistency and accuracy of data in systems;
• responsible for data archiving in systems.

Project management in cooperation with business users
• responsible for identifying internal customer needs;
• creates and agree with the customer plans to develop IS/IT systems;
• manages IS projects (ie. changes in systems SAP FI and Navision);
• coordinates the portfolio of IT projects;
• responsible or co-responsible for project budgets realization according to the objectives, schedule and business requirements.

Training for users
• coordinates the commissioned works and, if needed, escalates problems;
• participates in creating the image of the IS / IT department within the company through regular meetings and communication;
• contributes to more efficient use of the system by organizing training for users, making procedures and user manuals.

Your profile:

- Economic or IT degree with minimum of 3 years of professional experience in international environment;
- Project management experience (small to medium projects within domain)
- SAP / Navision or any other ERP system knowledge in the areas of FI/CO
- Understand Finance business processes;
- Independence in problem resolution and able to work in teams;

- Good communication skills and client oriented
- Fluent in English
