As Brand Marketing Trainee, you will have the opportunity to get the taste of all aspects of brand management, equity and brand positioning at Alpro. Doing so, you will switch teams regularly, and will be working at teams at Headquarters (Ghent), and at one of our international sites abroad (Europe).

At every step, an Alpro mentor will guide you and make sure you will be trained fully on the job in several marketing area's (including brand and content management, equity, POS, OOH, Outdoor, digital, PR, Community Management, ERP, etc). At the end of the training you will know the ins and outs of marketing and content equity.

About the role

In this 18 month traineeship, you will be trained as a:

·  Brand Manager (Divisional Marketing) : You support the brand team with managing the delivery of creative campaigns, toolkits, strategy and amplification approach for all Alpro markets. You will lead content projects, manage agencies and draft strategic playbooks for the local markets.
·  Brand Manager (Local Marketing) : You translate the local marketing campaign towards all touchpoints. You will be involved in content management, activation planning, conversation calendar development, blogger management, ERP and community management.
·  Social Content Manager (Divisional Marketing) : You support in the creation of social content on a divisional level. This content is used in our different markets all across the globe on all the different social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.). You will work together with creative agencies (such as advertisers, photographers, etc.) to create this content.

At the end of this traineeship, you will be fully integrated at the way Marketing works at Alpro, with the necessary certifications.

About you

·  You hold a Master Degree and preferably combine this degree with an additional Master Degree in f.ex. Marketing, communication, business management, etc
·  You are a Young Graduate or have a maximum of 3 years of working experience.
·  It goes without saying that you are passionate about creative content and Marketing.
·  You are a creative mind, know how to balance several projects, and have excellent communication skills.
·  Flexibility is your middle name! You get a kick out of meeting new people, switching teams & job content regularly and are thrilled to go abroad (Europe) for some months.
·  Your English is fluent. Any other European language is an asset.
